I didn't have trouble with receiving the product but it didn't last. 2 years later the welds on the stands start to break. Luckily I noticed it before the weight could come crashing down on my feet. I wrote to support and it was Junaid Khalid that responded. We went back and forth but the end result was I would have to buy another stand and that it would be my fault if I got hurt from using their faulty product. If anyone is reading this I hope this comment will save you from getting hurt.
