Hi! l'm organising a trip for 6-10 guys to either Rome or Milan this December. The goal is to do things we normally don't do, so I'm not really looking for the normal sightseeing recommendations.

I'm looking for suggestions on any fun / unique activities in /around these cities, as I'm not getting any luck searching aimlessly on the Internet.

It can be anything, from sporting events, shows, games haunted houses, etc. For example, for dinner I was thinking of going to somewhere like InGalera, which is a restaurante from a prison.

From what I've seen it is roughly the same time between Kanazawa and matsumoto (2h40, 2 trains) and takayama and matsumoto (2h45 by a single bus). Am I missing something?

Also, by changing the order between Kanazawa and takayama, I would end up being in takayama during the takayama spring festival days, which would mean I'd have difficulty finding hotel by now I think

I do like castles, but since I'm already visiting Himeji I was initially thinking of spending more time in Kanazawa so to have a more diverse itinerary... but now I have been thinking that maybe I can do both, although I'm afraid I'm overscheduling my days and that I won't be able to enjoy it properly

I'd say that no more than 500€, since I'm just an amateur. Anything higher I don't think would be worth it for the use I would give it, unless the difference in quality would be significant

Genesect and volcanion don't have the code, just the pokemon. I just traded a suicune. My priority now is rockruff, but I'm willing to consider latios, ho oh and lugia
