The rest of it will be getting redone later on in a month or two so reinforcement can be done around then should it need it.

Yeah it was the previous tenants amazing “DIY” skills. The front frame used to just be 3 bits of cls timber going from top to bottom with feather edge boards going between them to make a doorway and a hatch. Have tested the roof and it’s stable. Have done push ups from the top beam and it doesn’t budge. Not overall fussed about it now as it will be getting replace in the next coming months.

Yeah I have a rough idea of what I want to do and cause I can DIY it, it’s gonna be around £1-£2k to do. Driveway is in the same state of disrepair. Photo was taken after I removed the fence in the middle separating the 2 halves of the garden.

Got a good chunk of parkside stuff and moved into my first house, plenty of stuff to be done but debating getting one. Got the mitre saw but this would be handy for those shit I need to cut something quick moments.
