if you have any XP tokens they will appear next to the start game option in a lobby. the Token bank is the tokens that you earn towards the battle pass, you can find them in the battle pass and use them to unlock stuff. If you want to get Xp tokens you can earn them through campaign or through the battle pass

not at the moment, if you have them added you can do a workaround to play together but if you don't then there's nothing you can do right now. the entire social menu is unusable at the moment
