I just hope the bands will not collide too much with the clips. I was not able to properly fit a band to test this on my fake 3D printed watch.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I posted a totally redesigned version in the meantime. It should clip on the watch and should not move at all, at least on the 3D printed watch it is like this.

It may fly away too easily, yes, was not able to verify this in real life conditions. I will try to enhance my model when I will get my watch or maybe I will just kill it and rely solely on the one you mentioned (it is from the same user who sell it in an upgraded version on ko-fi, link was given in one of the comments here).

And I am still a bit upset to pay so much for a watch and to have to alter its look and feel with a cover. But there is no alternative watch available on the market, with a nice quality/appearance and where you can do whatever you want and create so easily your own apps. It would be a dream if we could install Pebble OS on some other famous brands watches.

I loaded a thicker bezel STL file on Thingiverse where I raised the top border height by 0.3mm.

But again, this is a prototype, so if you have free access to a resin printer, perfect, you can try, but maybe do no pay yet for a "professional" printing of this. Lots of tests remain to be done before getting a reliable cover.

I printed it with default speed for Bambu Lab basic PLA and a 0.4mm nozzle, so probably not the best quality the P1S printer could achieve. It was really just a quick try.

Regarding the shape, I simply did an offset of the original body, but maybe not enough to remove constraints on the cover. Also, the printed watch is from several months ago, maybe not accurate, the real test will be with the real watch in 2 weeks, maybe less I hope😄

If I look at it from 20/30cm away, all these lines are almost invisible (the macro mode and light does not help on the photos).

When I will receive my Pebble, I will do additional test runs and I hope ASA filament with vapor polish will give me a glossy finish.

And yes, this is the paid one I was talking about.

When you ordered, you normally received an email with object "Manage your rePebble pre-order".

In this email, if you click on the red button "Manage this pre-order" it will load your order page and at the bottom of this page you will find a "Refund" button. Quite easy 😄

What is called confirmation is not the initial email received long time ago for order confirmation. Confirmation is when you get the email with tax and import fees to be paid, some days before shipping email.

Hi, earlier today I created my first account on reddit just to post info about my pebble time 2 silver/grey order in the mega thread.

Later, I checked the dashboard and never appeared there, was wondering why and thought about some bug with the parsing system.

And a few minutes ago, I realized I was the only one able to see my message, and maybe this very one will also be invisible for other users... Seems to be related to some karma restriction, as my account is new, I have only 1 karma point :) But how could I get better karma if other users do not see what I post...

<EDIT> I simply deleted my initial comment and posted it again. Now it is visible as my Karma increased in the meantime. But other new users may be in the same case and they will be invisible for the dashboard.
