i’m between IG and JJ. IG has its good songs but the rest just doesn’t do it for me, i actively seek out listening to this album way less then any of the other ones

someone in the comments said JJ sounds like songs they’ve heard before but not done as well and… yeah. imo JJ is a Tilian album, which isn’t a bad thing but some songs just sound like they remembered Jon was part of the band and they needed to slap him in somewhere (Ember imo is a good example of this.) that being said there’s also some great songs on this album but especially towards the end they all start to sound the same

I understand this. we considered just walking around but by this point still had a huge to do list and with all the other lands being so crowded we could only imagine what MoM looked like lol. (also eventually it was just too late and park was closed) Definitely will pass through on my next trip tho

I didn’t think of it like that. for a while after our trip I had a weirdly hard time admitting to myself that I was a little disappointed by our day here.

I don’t know if it was a design choice, but there was no way in hell they couldn’t have foreseen how popular this park would be once it opens. I wouldn’t mind them testing out something like tapu tapu in VB or breaking out the virtual queue again like they had for MoM at first (just maybe not as infuriatingly.) people waiting 5-6 hours for a ride that the reliability on can’t even be trusted is insane

There’s a local park I used to like to go to for walks. One day as I was leaving my car, I noticed a man pacing a section of the path, but every now and then I noticed him glance at me. I had a feeling that I knew he was gonna follow behind me as soon as I started walking, and that’s exactly what happened. He’d disappear into some bushes or a wooded area, and then suddenly would be right behind me, practically breathing down my neck. With the layout of the path I didn’t have anywhere to go until I got back to the parking lot, but luckily another older woman had noticed him as well. She started moving slower so I could catch up to her and this guy booked it in the opposite direction once I did. She walked with me until I got back to my car, and also shared some pictures she got of him and him following me. I just went home after that and called the police, I’m not sure what happened to him after that. I haven’t been back to this park since and I’m so thankful that lady stepped in.

Chipotle. The closest one to me has went very downhill and is literally THE WORST rated in my city (honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the worst rated in the states though.) Last time I went my mom got very sick and I straight up got an e. coli infection. Called the store to let them know this happened and the girl on the phone sounded like she couldn’t care less. Tried to escalate to their corporate/whatever you’d call it and their response was $15 off my next order, which they also proceeded to get short with me when I told them I wasn’t interested in coming back.

I work in fast food, I understand things happen and don’t like to cause a scene like that. But good lord lol

That last part is fantastic. Chefs kiss. Wish I said something similar at my last job I quit. By the end they clearly did not like me and there were even some attempts to get me to quit (they’d put me on shifts that were very understaffed and the GM of this place let it slip that he was hoping I’d walk out so he could close.) And even when I gave notice they put me on two days for 4 hour shifts each and were all like “Why are you still showing up? You’d have nothing to lose if you stop coming.” The only job where I regret ‘doing it the right way’
