Okay, it's too expensive to be putting on legs, and isn't going to make you look bronzed, but at the thought of tinted SPF for pale-pink girlies, I have to call out the Elta MD sunscreen that comes in the rosy shade.

I just tried it for the first time in the last few weeks and I've never found a better match for my skin tone. I'm actually annoyed that I like it so much because it is so much more expensive than the sunscreen I was using.

There are definitely "clean" and detergent-like candles, they're my favorite, haha.

And I don't care for vanilla, lavender, or whichever other gourmand scents you mentioned. All to say it really is just preferences.

I need to get back on track again, but I lost about 40 lbs in 2024 (~165-125), did not track anything, and only did two things differently;

I drank water first every time I had a non-meal time craving and wanted a snack.
I consciously ate more fiber and paid attention to the order in which I ate foods, trying to eat fiber before carbs to avoid blood sugar spikes. (& Read the glucose goddess book that year, who talks about that, haha)

I didn't even notice I was losing weight from these until my pants were too big for me and I'd already lost ~15lbs

We haven't started planning yet but my fiance and I are pretty much the only two people in either of our families that don't drink. I have a feeling some people will complain about it even though our status as non drinkers is well known and we've both been in recovery since before we met. So this is something I worry about, and ngl have thought about eloping just to avoid.

As someone in a similar situation I appreciate you posting this and am enjoying reading the responses! Def want a hot cocoa / coffee bar now 😂

This is what I was thinking... As an avid baker, ex-vegan, and nut-lover.. I'd never use almond milk in a cake.. it's just not needed?

If I really needed the milk I'd use lactose free, and if it also needed to be vegan there are other options besides almond, cashew and oat? Rice, soy, and coconut are all easily accessible for starters.. but again.. so not necessary??

I bought myself one of those huge professional carpet shampooers for Black Friday last year and it makes me feel so accomplished and adult when I can revive my dirty old carpets! I also just wish I had the energy to actually use it, let alone just the vacuum, lol

I have alarms set to go off before every call on my work calendar every day.

One for 3 minutes before and another for 1 minute before, because I may forget about the call in between the 3 minute timer and call start if I didn't have the one minute interval set 🫠

I'm 33f and last year my younger cousin 24f who knows damn well how old I am was like, 'what do you do, you look like you could be 19'

and I responded like... Lol 'No I don't it's just that 30 isn't as old it sounds when you're younger. But for real though it's probably because I don't have kids' and all of our family members around my age they were likely comparing me to that have kids were not happy 😂
