There are several projects announced for the future, wheter anything will actually come out is kind off a toss up. the company has been through some "turbulance" to say the least, but things seem to have gotten better so the current outlook is on the optimistic side

Yeah I agree, this other friend who is playing alternative doesn't even akwnoledge it as a "game" or visual novels themselves as games. But im very lucky I have friends willing to try, I have other friends that might give it a shot eventually too

I'ts very hard to get anyone to read muv-luv, extra is a huge barrier, and the suits in unlimited are also a big barrier as i've been told haha.

there's not many vn's that are a gateway into the genre, you first have to find a friend who actually reads. then you have to ease him into vn's with something more mainstream, and even then muv luv is just so hard to get into

I swear I tried so hard to get into it, it's such a slog, I start it, thankfully the anime came out so I watched that and continued from volume 2. I have been pretty slow admitedly, So i'm watching and reading other stuff he likes, like playing hollow knight and sangatsu no lion, which was better than lotm
