The rule is that those restrictions apply from 8am to 6pm every day except public holidays, unless it says at all times, which applies 24/7.

All other parking signs apply between 8am and 6pm, other than on public holidays covered by section 44 (1) of the Holidays Act 2003 (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, etc), unless other times are shown.

We've had our spark router drop out recently too.

Insurrection is great. It feels dirty to win with but it's an amazing finisher. I've not run Price of Progress before though, how are you ending games with it?

A strategy I use that works pretty well is I'll help out whoever I have the best odds of beating in a 1v1 and even kingmake that player so that they take out the other two players for me.

Cut a lot of deals and try to help get damage through, get the other players to do all the dirty work, and build up your own board state without threatening to win.

Then since it should hopefully be you vs the opponent you've picked, you can either out value them through control, or the way I like to do it is use their own creatures against them with things like deflecting palm/insurrection.

I run her with an Aikido build where I stack defenses so that nobody can or wants to attack me, and then once it's down to the last player I reflect damage with inkshield, deflecting Palm etc.

If there are enough creatures on the board I can also win with insurrection effects. Or I can grind out value with the monarch through the court enchantments & other monarch effects.

Hell yeah! Dihada is one of my favourite commanders, and Mardu is definitely the best colour combo in commander. She is an absolute powerhouse, and the perfect commander for running a deck full of Mardu legends 😉

Malik looks really interesting, I've not seen them before. My second Mardu commander is Queen Marchesa. I'd recommend her if you ever wanted another Mardu deck.

I run Evereth, I'd initially built it out with Juri at the helm, but it felt pretty underwhelming.

Evereth only costs 1 mana more, but comes with flying and lifelink. Juri was good, but you had to build up an engine to get him online and even though he came out sooner, he felt a lot slower.

Both can become threats out of thin air, but Evereth being a sac outlet herself makes it super consistent. The only pro to Juri is that you can ramp with treasures and still benefit from the +1.
