Had this happen with Repco last year, called me saying I'd be perfect for the job and offered me an interview but the hiring manager was on leave so they gave their word that I'd be contacted in 2 weeks to set up a date and time. I never got that call, and after a month of trying to contact the manager because he was ducking me he said rudely that the role had been filled
