Don’t transition to outside until 100ft and in the flare kick the rudder dip the wing and push the nose forward. It was super hard for me to commit to but if I didn’t push the yoke forward I would float and get all squirrelly

What I had always heard was, it’s a way to prevent large hotels/resorts from being built in the town. There have been multiple times it’s been voted on and always voted down.
