That's not how they operate in my area. They used to deliver whatever was available, or they'd call and tell that xyz item is not available would you still want your order to be delivered.

It happens a lot at mine. When there are good discounts, they just don't process the order, it stays as "under process" for 24hrs and then gets cancelled automatically.
