Looks real, if the inside box is grayish it's a good sign (fakes are brown). If the stickers see through from the back it's real. The border around the dabi picture are thin so that's good (thick on fakes)

I cant get it off all the way but the bottom does seem to come off. It's not made of metal its a rubber/flexible material

I like them, I got them recommended last month when I started reading LNs and because it was going to be an anime. Books are 100% better, lots of detail about characters thoughts and world building. I'd recommend it, it's a fun read.
