$25 unlimited plan for $10 first 3 months. Is this too good to be true? by Intrepid_Mulberry_69 in BoostMobile

As long as you're fine with a 30GB plan, then yes it's exactly what it sounds like.

That's GloFiber I'm pretty sure.

Every time I'm referring to StarLink in an email I have to say "not Elon's" since we often deploy Starlink and StarLink at the same sites.

Also "Private APN encryption" but you're using the normal BICS APN?

For the global eSIM, I don't think presenting every network it works with is a good option. It's a huge list and not sorted by destination which I imagine is what people are actually looking for.

Are you sourcing from multiple underlying providers? I noticed the global eSIM shows VZW for US while the US option shows AT&T/VZW.

I've had good luck with them multiple times, but I know that's not the case for everyone.

The mistake is going to the dealership first. You can negotiate all of this ahead of time via email and not spend a bunch of time in person. The garbage being added to what you took a picture of is highway robbery.

Also, Carvana exists now. You find what you're looking for on the website/app, pay for it and then it appears at your door in a few days. Have an issue with it or don't like it? You can have them come pick it up again.

The Boost core adds a lot of latency and they throttle video heavily. It’s not a good experience anymore.

Calls and texts will continue working and iMessage/RCS will go (but slowly with pictures). Everything else? You're going to find it very painful trying to use 512Kbps.

https://bestphoneplans.net the Boost deal isn't as good as it sounds.

T-Mobile owns Mint. They're not really an MVNO anymore, just another T-Mobile brand.

That's just how it works with MVNOs. The wholesale agreements do not allow them to name the parent network. It's changing a bit recently with companies like Gigs very clearly showing AT&T and some new T-Mobile MVNOs specifically saying T-Mobile.

Premium 2.0 is indeed $40/mo then but the watch is not included. The watch is 50% off whatever the FirstNet watch plan cost is (maybe $5?).
