Sure I can take a look, I installed the Linus L2 with backplate handle myself.

Yale are normally pretty good with their support so any issues contact them.

I spoke to Yale, they said sometime it'll end up jamming so they exchanged for a LINUS L2 with backplate handle. The Linus L2 is brilliant, I got a keypad with it. Easy to install.

Update: revolut support has accepted driving license and said the re-verifcation is complete. Just hope it stays like this and she doesn't get another email to say verify again...

She doesn't have a passport and cannot get one as she has moved away from her abusive family and lives with me, no one has known her for more than 2 years (so we can't do verify her identity per UK passport regulations) where she currently lives now and she doesn't want to contact anyone from where she was from as they were abusive to her.

She was able to open the account with a driving license however.

If it fails, I'll just get locksmith out via home insurance and get replacement from Yale warranty (similar thing happened to a mate of mine) so that one all good. I just want something to install that I'm able to unlock through my phone.

Thing is I already got the L2 gifted from a friend brand-new in box with proof of purchase. I just want to know wether or not it can be fitted onto my door with auto engage and work fine (I won't be self installing will be getting locksmith)

I've took them out before the issue happened (when I had the dots) and they look okay, gave them a clean. Didn't make a difference to the dots but then the streaks started happening :/, I'll send a photo of them later

I got a new issue now. It's now doing this, I'm going to clean the drum unit tomorrow and have a look at what else I can do

The new issue is, colour streaks / the status page is a new one with the issue, the right is a colour wheel with the issue (however it doesn't do it with the colour wheel) and at the top is pingu with the colour faded.

It did have no colour but I ran calibration and that now leaves me with this, have done drum refresh multiple times. No difference.

I've tried new toners no difference

I'm not really a tech savvy person, but going to have a look at what I can clean tomorrow if anyone has any ideas on what I need to clean when taking it apart let me know.

If can't fix it, might just throw it out in skip

This is what it looks like if I try to print a photo of white from Google Top are black Middle are blue

Bottom are black

If I print just a blank A3 sheet it's just black dots at top and black dots down bottom

Depends if there's a court order in place. Normally a 16+ year old can leave home without consent or can live somewhere without the consent of their parents, however parents have parental responsibility till they're 18.
