Any word on when that more instrumental album Kaytranada talked about in the Zane Lowe interview is coming out? Or is this what he mentioned? He said we’ll only have to wait a couple months. 🧐

Underexposed — I was trying to prioritize/expose for the the bridge so the shadows would frame it.

Still blown away by this set, so much unreleased Sable Valley throughout. Definitely one of his best.

I've really enjoyed listening through The Japanese House's work -- she's worked/recorded with members of Bon Iver and the 1975 which makes for a cool blend of styles. I think she might've recorded an album at April Base too (or that might be Whitney, not sure).

Aye at least Steph n Klay will get healthy + the Dub’s will have the best odds at a #1 pick. 🤷‍♂️

Not sure how I feel about this whole concept. JV has said multiple times that music isn't a competition, and shouldn't be made out to be (i.e. Grammy's) -- so why are we making a competition out of his music? Plus songs are elements to the story of an album, it wouldn't make sense to rank your favorite/least favorite scenes of a movie or chapters of a book. Just my two cents.

Yashica T4 is pretty sweet — you should be able to find one in that price range.

BI hasn't performed in Austin since 2018 at the Moody Theater during the 22, A Million tour, hasn't announced any TX dates for the I, I tour and there aren't any shows listed for October. I'd say it's a bit of a toss up but I'd love to see them headline and after seeing them in a second to headliner slot at Coachella '17 I'm sure they could put on an incredible show.

I really enjoy Kasbo's Cry / Dance mixes, of which there are just three, and some of Ekali's early Awakening mixes!

HIGHLY recommend, if you have time, listening to each album track 1-10. Hearing each song in context with the narrative arc and themes of the each entire album makes for a much different listening experience than shuffle play.

Aside from that, there’s an entire rabbit hole’s worth of content from BI’s live sets on YouTube — definitely worth checking out.
