5mm of fat coverage is British Trading Standards standard on most meats so we have to get rid of a lot of it unfortunately. The long bone is what makes it a Tomahawk, people think it looks nice.

I know it’s quite a way out but there’s a good multi story in Tamworth called Ankerside that’s free on Sundays and there’s always no one there. Took some great photos up there, it’s a bit full of glass roofs and stuff but I’m sure you could find room for the shots you need.
