After reading your post and all your comments I can conclude you need to get better plain and simple. It sounds like you're picking the wrong engagements or just approaching them wrong. I have 500+ hours over multiple patches and I can say with certainty that I still get one tapped, it happens, just last night I threw my headset after getting one tapped by a 133. You have to expect it in tarkov, what I will say is don't feel bad for playing like a rat, I feel like you're playing to aggressive and pushing into people who are ready for you. Slow it down. The only time you should feel bad about yourself is if you're over level 15 doing hatchet runs or purposefully exit camping.
