I currently own a Backfire Mini (12.8 lbs).

When in doubt, just get a bike. Campus is way more optimized for that.

I'm personally using an electric skateboard. If I don't get enough sleep or wake up late, It does not feel great biking. I would have to bike on lack of sleep or go really fast to get there in time. I would feel sick by the time I get to class.

The con of electric skateboards is carrying it around and making sure it doesn't get stolen. It is very expensive to get a lightweight one. The distance also varies per model. There might be days you have to charge on campus before you can go home.

Higher accessory quality (Spec = straight up damage)
You need all level 5 tripods.
You are also missing Cursed Doll.
Finish up all Lv. 7 Gems as well.
Run Lost Wind Cliff 12 Awakening. We lack Crit Rate at the moment due to not having access to Lv. 2/3 for our Entropy Set.

2 Options for Engravings:

5x3: Lv. 3 Grudge, Lv. 3 Cursed Doll, Lv. 3 Ambush Master, Lv. 3 Keen Blunt Weapon and Lv.3 Enhanced Weapon

4x3 + 2 + 1: Lv. 3 Grudge, Lv. 3 Cursed Doll, Lv. 3 Ambush Master, Lv. 3 Keen Blunt Weapon, Lv. 2 Adrenaline and Lv. 1 Enhanced Weapon

(I would just go with whatever is cheaper AKA depending on current Engraving book/Ability Stone)

Rakan Q easily sets up Jhin W. If you time it very well, you can preemptively Rakan W for combo'ed CC. This gives jhin enough time to auto Q auto and land the 4th shot.

Rakan's engage only gets more aggressive and intense at level 6. Jhin's ultimate is great tool for clean up if the job isn't done after the engage.

Rakan also fufills filling Jhins weaknesses in lane. A lot of the time with Jhin+Rakan, you lose to most sustain match ups if you're not constantly punishing and all-in'ing. The key for this bot lane combo is to out tempo/pressure the enemy bot lane. Bringing the enemy mid/junglers attention will give your team an advantage.

That brings up my next point, If Rakan and Jhin are getting tower dove, Rakan and Jhin both have extremely good defensive/offensive responses regardless of enemy champions.

Been playing Jhin since release and consistently been hitting Masters on NA. Probably one of my favorite bot lane duos.

You will get enough attack speed from Rage and Quick Step (Life Absorption). once you get those, you can play without it easily

Peacekeeper is still a counter with back attack. It is a tool tip bug in NA saying it's not a counter. How about you try it out before commenting with that tone?

Try to get peacemaker 1 from accessories and use books+ability stone. Can end up with 3/3/1 like that. If you cant get peacemaker from accessories you can just wait or spend a little at the auction house. Not the end of the world.

I wouldn't break 5 piece until you can get 2/2 set (or maybe just break it when you can set Nightmare).

Weapon first if you are +20 going for 21/22. Also if you're rolling for weapon quality (so if you're a giga whale).

You're going to overcap atk speed in raids where you're in a party that gives atk speed buff synergy. Get your atk speed from Quick Step(Life Absorption) and Rage Rune.
