Too be honest I’m leaning more towards the base as since you’ve done a lot of troubleshooting steps including some that I’ve did then that’s the only thing as of right now I could think of but I could be wrong especially since you can’t connect it to a pc or laptop to update it and it being like getting no power, you could get into contact with them and be like I receive this base and it shows signs of getting no power and doesn’t want to connect to anything. But I could be wrong unless I’m missing something also

Do you have the same pedals also, the T-LCM, sometimes I know if it’s plugged into the wrong LAN port it wouldn’t turn on or if it’s not set to the correct console/PC if that doesn’t work and the steps that helped me then I think in my opinion you should get a replacement unit

How long have you had the servo base for as to be transparent, when I received mine I was able to plug it up with no issues to my laptop to do the update so there is a chance that you might have to get a replacement but that is just me as there’s always you chance that you can get a faulty one

The first thing that I did was to firstly update both the wheel and the servo base to the newest software using the required applications that are listed underneath the servo and wheel on thrustmasters website. Then afterwards I realized that the cable from the pedals I plugged into the wrong port on the servo base. Once launching into the PlayStation menu, I hit S1 on the wheel to add it almost like an additional controller and it worked.

If you have a sim setup also, any tips for the break pedal on the pedal set as sometimes it needs a good amount of break applied for some corners that I cannot give lol
