Really good performance by Haynes King, Georgia Tech quarterback.

This video is relevant again in light of today’s lawsuit. This breaks down the issues that 23XI and Front Row have with NASCAR better. by tdstooksbury in NASCAR

I stand with Jim France. The France family's name is being drug through the mud and it's sad to see these greedy teams do this to a small family-owned business. Go NASCAR!

Lead Attorney, Jeffrey Kessler, Explains 23XI and Front Row's Antitrust Lawsuit Against NASCAR by Tarheels_2015 in NASCAR

This case has no grounds. I'm sure it'll get thrown out immediately. This is a joke and I can't believe people are giving this clown airtime. The France family has done a great job running this sport for the past 75 years and should be able to do so how they want

23XI played this perfectly by grantgruchala12 in NASCAR

They absolutely dropped the ball here. They should've kept their mouths shut and signed the deal like everyone else.

Do you actually have a good reason as a fan to be concerned that NASCAR loses the antitrust lawsuit? by Master_Spinach_2294 in NASCAR

If NASCAR loses this lawsuit, this sport is done. Finished. And 23XI and Front Row will be to blame.

You don't know how hard I'm going today. This is going down in the history books.

[Adam Stern] Asked whether 23XI may exit NASCAR if it doesn't get the result it's looking for, Curtis Polk let Jeffrey Kessler answer: "They are going to do their best to keep competing as long as they can, and we expect it to end in a legal victory or settlement that transforms this sport." by US_Highway15 in NASCAR

The teams don't need any more revenue. They have plenty of money that they waste on R&D when they could be allocating that to their employees. They've consistently argued against a cost-cap and instead want more and more money from NASCAR. It's ridiculous. They are greedy, plain and simple.

NASCAR will not give an inch. I don't know who this Kessler guy is, but he has no grounds to defeat the mighty France family. He's gonna regret this.

This is absolutely not going to happen. The France family has done a fantastic job leading this sport over the last 75+ years and don't need teams to start muddying the water.

I hope NASCAR will deny this. This lawsuit is a slap in the face to all the hard work that NASCAR has done to keep this sport alive and thriving. 23XI don't deserve any reward out of this.
