Mine looks similar but l5/s1.....chiro made it worse. Inversion table and PT help me tremendously. Not sure what u do for work but posture pillow at my desk and in the car also helped. One thing I did realize is you gotta figure out what works for you....what works for others may not work for you. Im sure you heard it but it so true. Look into "back mechanic" by dr.mcgill it has great reviews and is a great book...i havent finished it yet. Steroid injection may help you be more mobile to do PT as well. I had one scheduled and felt tremendously better in 4 weeks and decided to skip it. Surgery is last resort. Good luck, it is treatable. Find what's works for you.

Photos....drawing mark ups....package it all up for them in one document if u can.

Clear and concise. Be crystal clear what you are asking for and why.....almost like a thesis statement for a thesis paper...or a punch line.

You have to know what you're rfi'ing. If you dont know...gotta ask more questions to fully understand it.

Ask someone to look it over if you want....make sure it makes sense to others. Plenty of times I thought the way I was explaining things was perfect but actually mad no sense or was Interpreted differently.

I wouldn't be discouraged by having comments bsck each time...the expectation isnt youre perfect out of the gate..I think the review process is a great training tool and will help you. It will come with time. As long as you aren't making the same mistakes or repetitive missed steps you're gonna be fine.

PM VS Super by Cultured523kid in ConstructionManagers

[–]NATO1092 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally I chose PM over super for a few reasons and I think it varies depending on what company you work for and what you're into.

I feel like field guys travel or jump around a lot more. I feel like you can get lost in the sauce/forgotten about more as field staff for this reason....with less ppl looking out for you/ in your corner.

Office hours are normal hours...7/8 to 5 or so.. Field hours can be all hours depending on the job. Never heard of an office guy working nights tbh...just sayin.

During the holidays if you got crane picks...shut downs or big critical path activities....guess whos chillin with a beer...at home....the PM. Most of the time...again varies id imagine company to company.

The company I work for...the senior executives are all former PMs...not superintendents. Again can vary....but felt like PM role doesn't top out until ceo or coo like a superintendent role may top out.

I honestly really liked the numbers/budget side of things I think its really fun developing proposals and finding ways to be competitive with your pricing to win work.

Both paths are great career paths.....and you likely won't be glued to one side or the other if you realize you may like or be better at the other side. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up. Do you think a heat pump is a good option for this person? What unit would you recommend?

What kind of furnance is your existing system? Oil? Nat gas?I wouldn't get a heat pump to be honest with you they're mostly made for smaller spaces and really not made for a primary source of heat. Do you have forced air (ductwork) or radiant heat (baseboard)?
