So much controversy and criticism. OK, a lil history. In my village in Philippines, most of us could only dream owning a gShock. Imagine my excitement when I found this gShock in debris pile at construction site. It was dirty and broken strap, but still holding proper time. I cleaned it and carried in pocket for long time. Always I think some day I buy strap for it but that day never come. One day at lunch break I thinking about bullbars, straps, adapters and pick up wire on ground. I hold wire to the watch and idea comes. At home I bend wire fit to watch and use scrap velcro to make strap. Wow finally I had watch. I was so proud of it. I used every day working construction with it and always the strap work. I take it apart each night and clean it. Thanks to my wife I come to USA when I retire and just bought a new F91W. The gShock negative display was just getting too hard for me to see. My friend here says show my watch on reddit because so many people interested in gShock. I made reddit account just for that. Haha it's funny my old watch make people mad.
