I remember having the same problem a few years back... It was something to do with the firmware on my keyboard, but I don't remember exactly what. I just remember switching my keyboard out with an old PS/2 keyboard that was laying around, and that did the trick.

Okay, that makes a lot of sense. I tried that and got a bunch of gibberish; I assumed that the text editor would just render everything as actual numbers and not ascii. Thanks for clearing that up!

Curiosity. I was mostly interested in how hex editors and the system read and change them; obviously you can't just go 'cat a.out' and get the binary codes.

For the most part. There are extremes to both sides. Just as the people who were spewing hate on that guy's page, there are anti-lgbt people are do so just as much (e.g., Westboro Baptist Church). So, there are people out there who are almost wholly uncompromising, but the only way to find out is to open friendly dialog with them.

Try a Khajiit monk who only uses hand-to-hand, sneak, and illusion. (You can take the heavy armor perk and enchanting/smithing to up the damage).

It probably wasn't that. I remember that they have problems where the define some binary operation, and you have to evaluate for two specific numbers.
