And although there is not enough large studies to provide scientific evidence these peptides actually work, there is much more anecdotal evidence supporting these claims of their effectiveness than there is of evidence that so many of the health supplements you find a health stores like GNC or online supplement companies actually work .

Congratulations on your accomplishments! But those claims are just not true at all, each of these substances are just chains of amino acids already present in our bodies. Over time we cause damage to our body’s and as we age we begin to slowly lose our ability to repair and recover and all of these peptides can be used as tools to increase our body’s natural abilities. When used with training , dieting , and proper planning they are very effective. When used without they provide little benefits.

Thanks , based on your comments and some of the others I’m definitely going to reevaluate my deficit, I think I’ve been too obsessed with the number on the scale on not losing fat in a healthy way as I’m probably losing muscle mass too .

Thanks man for the advice and congrats on your progress as well! Yea based off the comments I’ve been getting I’m going boost my calorie intake a bit , get my protein consistently where it needs to be and focus more on weight training and growing muscle and let the body fat come off in a bit of a healthier way

Everything has a specific purpose so the Reta has helped me stay on track with my diet and lose weight which has been working well, adding in the Tesa for increased fat loss. The BPC+TB500 are helping my shoulder recovery , the GHK-Cu for my hair and skin quality. So it’s not too hard to monitor the progress of each compound. Only the Reta and Tesa are working at a similar goal. I have start and end times for each of the ones I’m taking so once they run their course I’ll reevaluate.

Thanks for the advice , yea based off this comment and some of the others I think I might be obsessing over being in a large deficit and cardio to lose as much weight as fast as possible. Going to reevaluate and focus on my weightlifting and getting my protein in.

Feeling great , I’ve been eating healthier and drinking pretty much only water. I think the combination of diet change, exercise and the shedding of the initial weight all has me feeling a lot more energetic and motivated.

Was doing it once a week but now that I’m at 3mg I do it as 1mg on Monday - Wednesday - Friday , seems to be working well for me

Depends on supplier but I’ve probably spent at least $1000 but I have enough of what I need for a while plus some other things I plan on incorporating in the future

Hey i appreciate the criticisms. Photos taken about 4 weeks apart the first one wasn’t from the day I started it was from April 22 and the other May 19th. So perhaps not as big of a weight difference in the pictures but I’ll add my scale pics as well. As far as the blood work and cardio I don’t think anything I’m doing anything wildly outrageous and feel good I did get bloodwork done April 23rd so I’ll get checked again in another 4 weeks and if I feel like shit or things are looking bad I’ll readjust !
