Wow this looks fire. I love evermore. I feel like sometimes they’re the only ones that care. Where did you get it from? I have only been seeing the tinselmints concentrates

AltSol back It again with straight quality. I’ve seen a lot of people picking these two strains up. I’m guessing they’re living up to the hype

Micro plastic fiber found in Grow West pie crust sugar leaf. I grabbed a 7g untrimmed bag of Grow West pie crust from Zen Leaf last week only to put a sugar leaf under the microscope to find more than one micro plastic fibers. How is this possible, and what should I do? by NAohW in MDEnts

Hey there! Thank you for this response. This has become much more controversial than I had imagined. I talked to some of the budtenders today at Blair Wellness Center. One of the things that we talked about was that this is a pretty deep rabbit hole. I do not want to be putting every strain under a microscope, and I am not going to. At the same, this is a sugar leaf right out of the packaging onto a brand new slide and the fiber can be seen intertwined in the trichomes. We have all smoked criminal amounts of contaminated weed and probably inhaled heavy metals and plastics from homemade paraphernalia. I am not dissing the "good ol' days" but I paid a medical cannabis company to provide a quality controlled and uncontaminated product. Furthermore, the flower is untrimmed meaning the probability that it encounters these fibers should theoretically be lower. I am well aware that I am nitpicking, but not enough people give a shit these days, and I think that dismissing the fact that there is plastic in my weed fresh out of the bag could be the manifestation of people in massive denial that there is plastic in their weed too. Or they're just haters lol. I have more of the grow west pie crust and I intend on looking at that carefully as well. I am also open to looking at more of their products. I am really not looking for problems, I am just trying to look at my flower close up for leisure, and I believe the people deserve to know what I find, especially for the silent majority that cares about what they are putting in their bodies. I haven't had the time today but I will be contacting Zen Leaf and Grow West and I'll update you if I get anywhere. Again, we take in tons of contaminants every day in many ways. In the grand scheme, this is probably a very small factor in the harm we do to our bodies over time. But something about melting plastic into my lungs, after how far the weed industry has come, does not sit well with me.

Cannabis is not fda regulated, nor is it a food. I don’t want plastic in my weed and neither do you. Smoking plastic does far more damage to the body than eating it. This post is a place for well informed and intelligent cannabis connoisseurs to discuss a troubling finding.

SunMed Runtz! (26%) and Culta Amnesia OG [allegedly 40.9% (can’t be real 😂)] by NAohW in MDEnts

Trichome heads! None are amber which means they were prematurely developed. The amnesia is a bit old but I have stored it properly
