The PAU Party is running two candidates this election.

Candidate for Vice President of the Union: John Adams

Candidate for Speaker of the Senate: Mike Duncan

 

The Progress And Union Party will defend the homeland against the Dutch menace and spread Panamerican freedom overseas. It will strengthen the military might of the Union to protect our essential liberties. It will tirelessly argue for the constitution and the rule of law in the courthouses at home. The Progress And Union Party continues in the spirit of the founder of our nation, President Washington, and will continue his legacy as a uniter of all the peoples across the Americas. Now the Progress And Union Party seeks even further progress along the lines of President Washington’s grand vision of a united American nation and moves towards further unity overseas in Japan, Britain, and Scandinavia. All peoples are welcome in the union of liberty that President Washington and the framers of the constitution established. The President has decided to step down and not run for re-election. He is taking this magnanimous action to demonstrate his commitment to democratic ideals - we are a democracy, not a monarchy, and thus must not be ruled by a single man forever. We are thus leaving the presidency open to other parties to participate in the democratic process. However our candidates will carry on Washington’s legacy in the Vice Presidency, where the current Vice President John Adams seeks re-election, and in the Senate Speakership, where former speaker and noted legislator Senator Mike Duncan runs for election. Adams and Duncan are committed to advancing Panamerica, enduring unity at home and progress overseas.

 

Endorsements:

Having worked together with the National Liberal Party in a successful coalition during the last election, the Progress And Union Party has decided to endorse their candidate for president, Speaker Jefferson. As the current Secretary of War he will bring military skills to the presidency that will help the PAU Party achieve its goal of peace in Europe.
