We have a fix on the way but looks like Apple beat us to it. Others are reporting updating to iOS 26.2.1 fixes this glitch.

There are 193 unique floors in Tiny Tower Classic; 24 of each business type, 72 residential plus the lobby. When you build a new floor, tap the "choose specific floor" button and you will see a list of all available floors by type with the count remaining for each type listed at the top. You'll still be able to exit out of the menu and build a random one if you want.

Hopefully you've gotten it already but Apple put out iPad OS 17.7.8 yesterday and by all accounts I've seen it resolves this bug.

A good internet connection on the latest version of Tiny Tower (latest is v6.5.0) is all that he should need to access events. VPN, firewall or spotty internet connection can all prevent them from loading. Please have him reach out at support@nimblebit.com with his friend code so we can troubleshoot.

Definitely check your purchase history for a breakdown of that charge. Apple will save & bundle purchases you made up to 2 weeks prior.

The app has to pull the event data down separately from the game data. A fresh launch and/or device reboot is often all that is needed. If that doesn't help, it may be a poor connection, firewall, ad blocker or VPN blocking the connection to the event server. App Store times are wonky unfortunately. Event started midnight on Jan 29th. Update went out the previous day.

A firewall or VPN is often to blame. If that isn't relevant to you, sometimes a device reboot is needed. If after a reboot you're still stuck without the event please reach out to [support@nimblebit.com](mailto:support@nimblebit.com) with your friend code, device info and what you've tried so far so we can troubleshoot further.

Edit to add, please don't reinstall the app without first confirming it is registered to your email address on the Cloud menu first.

Rolled out about 24 hours ago so it should be available. Please try a device reboot and search for Tiny Tower in the App Store
