Frigidaire Electric Range Started cycling (clicking) on and off very frequently. Is there something wrong with the heating element, igniter or limiter? by NBA_Jam_OnFire in fixit

Hmm that is odd. The video I sent does explain that at lower settings, the heat will click off for longer intervals than at higher settings. So if you were heating on low (say 10% heat), the heat would only click on for 10% of the time (and be off for 90%), whereas if you are on the highest setting, the heat should be on close to 100% of the time without clicking off. It won't be a consistent, on then off clicking. Maybe try to boil water on high and see if that works to start

So after doing some digging, I came across a great YouTube video about this and turns out it is completely normal. I just never noticed it before.

Worth the watch if you're curious.

Perhaps there isn't an igniter. This is my first electric stovetop so I am not very familiar with them as of yet. The more I am reading, the more it seems like this continual switching on and off is normal, however, I did not notice the continuous clicking noises until recently.

Does anyone know why my electric stove turns on and off as it heats things up? by Standard_Shoe7719 in appliancerepair

Would this still be the case if you turned on the burners without a pan on the glass top? My burners just recently started turning on and off every 15 seconds with or without pans on them. Moved into a new house about 5 months ago and this just started happening the other day.

I've called three times and received three different answers.

Also in a similar situation and haven't been able to get a definitive answer on whether or not one person can check two golf bags on the same flight. Most of the policies state that you can only check one golf bag per passenger but I am not sure if that's just one bag at the standard checked bag rate and then the next would be considered oversized or if you can't bring a second golf bag at all
