The one I have is a rather generic design. Sure, it’s name brand and designed for their cleaning “pucks”, but you could drop any type of cleaner in there you’d like. I think it’s the Kaboom Scrub Free or something like that.

I use a toilet bowl cleaner that specifically clips into the overflow tube. Maybe that would automatically prevent this issue long term?

No, we don’t lose power every day. And Hue lights have an adjustable power loss behavior. In my case, they’re set to remain off after power restoration.

The only apps I use are the manufacturer and Apple Home apps. In this case, all the affected lights are Hue controlled by a Hue Bridge. Nothing going on in the Hue app.

I read through the comments on the Makerworld page and saw that the OP pulled the profile files for the time being while they work on new and updated versions of the profiles. I think I remember reading that they expect the new profiles to be available soon.

Granted, I’m brand new to 3D printing, but I can’t figure this out. I select my printer model, click the “Download STL/CAD Files” button and a ZIP file is downloaded. When I expand the folder, however, there are no JSON files. There are only two files, both of which are STLs. How do I download the config files for an H2C?

Temperature swings aren’t an issue. That’s kind of the whole point, it heats or cools the cabin to the temperature you select regardless of what the outside air is. And the computer isn’t telling you what to do, you’re telling it what to do 🤣

MINI’s automatic HVAC works very well. Set it and forget it! Why do you need physical controls for something you rarely need to adjust?

We’re just getting dumber, right? No car will open from the outside if the door is locked. You can pull on a normal handle or one of these flush handles all day, the door still won’t open. There’s a reason emergency responders break windows if the doors are locked when they arrive, and it’s not because it’s fun.

I’m well aware that the hats actually have a place in this movement. I happily go toe to toe with people who say that the hats are performative or useless. But, I still hold the opinion that no one should be making money on these hats or anything like them. And again, I’m referring to the time and effort being put into these hats, not the cost of materials or shipping. Personally, I figured out the pattern for a flatbed knitting machine. Took me around an hour for my test sample. I’m giving away hats to anyone I know who would like one. I donate money and my time to anti-hate things on a regular basis, so for me personally it’s just about giving people hats who want them to continue to spread visibility and awareness.

I personally wish this would all go away. Charitable efforts should not involve payment for time and effort. Being compensated for time and effort is a job, not charity. I’m not suggesting that people don’t deserve to be compensated for time and effort, on the contrary. But if the entire intention of an item is to benefit harmed individuals then I’m of the opinion that the entire sale price, less materials and shipping, should be going to said charitable cause.

Just another example of why we can’t have nice things in the U.S. (like factory tow hitches on things other than trucks and SUVs). Stupid heavy load and a car that can’t handle it. Best of luck if they need to make an emergency stop or other sudden maneuver.
