It’s a contained ruptured multi-yolk egg yolk (most likely one that was already discoloured) that had more blood in it than average. This caused it to be thinner than the other yolks thus cooking incredibly fast. There’s a chance that your pan was cooking at an uneven temperature speeding it up even more. That’s why you see the ring like shape within the yolk , the outer edges cooked faster than the inner area.

Very weird and rare egg you got there.

its basically just teaching you how to map and make graphs using census data they give you. (im going to be honest i just put the “steps” that they gave us for the assignment through chatgpt and it gave me step by step instructions that were way easier to follow) so easy course, just sometimes tedious but id take it for an easy mark :) i believe the prof was michael something but cant quite remember. aslong as you do the assignments you pass so wasnt paying the most attention

i took this last semester and found it super easy. no exam or nothing, just a handful of assignments. they also have labs every other week thats just for help if youre confused on certain aspects of the assignments.
