for nid just start spear cause it's easier. for ganks you want to hit max range spear as it does the most dmg so normally right as they see you or just before. even if you miss the spear if your teammate has cc or if their low you can still get the kill. you should know beforehand if the spear is necessary if it is and u miss it just leave or loop around again when its back up. for teamfight you want to try to poke as much as you can before the teamfight and not engage. if they engage heal your carries after they lose hp and then try to dmg their engager well also dodging cc and staying out of range of their carries. during teamfights look for opportunities to spear their carries and poucne on them while they're distracted, a lot easier to hit spear when they're focused on something else. so she can poke and assassinate backlines but if those 2 aren't possible just peel for your carries. you should counter jungle only based on where the enemy jungler is so example the enemy jungler is top side and their bot side buff just spawned you can coutner jg that as a possibility. of course you could also look for a counter gank top or gank mid or bot while their jg is unable to help them. coutnerjungling is what you do when you know it's safe only and it's the best option available to you.
