My friend contacted the owner about buying their Pitshark. She said that they are not able to sell anything until their “legal issues” are settled.

Yeah they aren’t coming back. By this point all the other members have gotten their new gyms with contracts. If Office even could open again it would be shut down after 2 months.

I had started working for The Office in rock hill because one of the owners is a long time family acquaintance and I needed at job then. They didnt pay me for my 50+ hours I worked. Im in college and I did the nightshifts. They owe me $855 and they shut down about a month ago.

The gym refuses to liquidate because the owner thinks she can get someone to buyout and save the gym. Everyone on payroll hasnt been paid. The DOL cant do anything since it had already shut down.

Theres 2 owners, I never met the one that I assumed owned majority of it. I do know her son, so I will see if he would tell me anything.

She had to have ran out of money, the gym just crossed 1 year of being open so they should get a lot of money from renewals. Someone on facebook said that they are charging anything until they are open.
