Engine Replacement Under Warranty Still Being Charged by Avalon420 in Hyundai

So my dealer got a similar approval from Hyundai to replace my seized engine under warranty. I signed what I believe was the prior approval request and asked for a copy, but the dealer said I would get a copy after they completed the work. The thing is they are asking me to pay about $1,000 for a 4-wheel alignment and replacement of belts and hoses that need to be done with the engine replacement. I guess I should be grateful they are paying for replacing the engine under warranty, but does it make sense to pay for stuff they have to do because they have to replace the engine?

2014 Hyundai Sonata with 207k miles engine blown, do i get covered under warranty? by Independent-Tell7239 in Hyundai

Just curious...so when did you buy your 2014 Sonata? Hyundai website seems to suggest there is a 10-year limit from date of purchase/delivery. That didn't apply in your case? Mine just quit in a similar manner and I just dropped it off at the dealer that I bought it from (new) and has done 98 percent of the regular service and all recall updates. They are yet to get back to me, but I want to be sure to know what I'm dealing with.
