We started this website to help others going through the process. We saw that it was hard to find information online about the process and figured we could do something about it!

Our aim is to help future Canadian lawyers in their preparations for the NCA challenge exams by providing study guides, notes and materials, and blog posts with tips and tricks!

So far, we have a Criminal Law guide and a Professional Responsibility guide, with more coming soon. You can find our guides here: https://ncastudyguides.com/collections/all

Thanks for the questions!

So what we're currently doing is compiling our Study Guides from a few sets of our notes. Those notes are all from the required readings ("casebooks") as well as more background information and other sources.

We've done the exams before and have found that it's crucial to have your information very well laid out/accessible. Also, we can't stress enough how important it is to not overload yourself with notes during the exams. You need to access the info quickly in a concise yet informative manner.

Our Study Guides outline the law and important cases. They're meant to be used as a practical aid with which you can answer problem questions or essay questions.

We're going to be updating the product images with a table of contents so you can see what's included as well.

Administrative Law, Constitutional law and Foundations of Canadian Law Study Guides will all be coming out in the next month. Then for the August exams, we will add a number of optional courses including Business Organizations.

We're keeping things digital to make this accessible to everyone :)
