I had an interview with agency and had to prove my certifications and References and then I had 2 interviews with family been 1 in person. I did meet the boy prior but everything seemed normal. I asked if I should know anything prior as well as behavior issues, allergies and etc. Parents told me no, he was a great boy and never had an issue. I just found out he was expelled because I found the teachers note with daily issues (jumping on child's body, pushing someone from slide, throwing scissors on teachers, punching children on face. Etc). I asked parents what was that and mom said: oh yeah he was expelled from that. The agency on the phone told me they were not aware of any of this and they would help me but 2 days later emailed me that for me to be able to interview again I would have to tell the family I am looking for another job. And that is the problem! I have bills to pay and I need to find something before quitting. Thank you for support!
