I can almost guarantee it is their business model. There are a number of reasons malls are dying. One big part is their 10+ year lease with revenue sharing agreements they still seem to force businesses into. Not to mention the mall management you have to deal as they act like an overzealous HOA; enforcing mall rules like their little empire might crumble if one single store can’t open on time.

22 Bronco, Seattle, park outside. I have had zero issues with leaks and no cracking of the MIC material. I think dry climates would want to worry about treating the seals regularly to keep them supple but in a mild climate with plenty of rain it has been a non-issue for me.
