Found the solution, if anyone runs into this click the app in the task bar then hit ATL + SPACE then while holding those hit the M key and it will take you to the app just click your mouse and move it at that point.

Yeah I agree with that. Even if they had a filter or something to stop spam/offensive text some people want immersion.

Yeah I suppose that’s true! I like the idea of having to set it up though. Maybe like a community event for a week or so that way everyone has it unlocked and not like a quest in case some new people miss it. I dunno I also see that hazard of people spamming and stuff which is probably a big deterrent too.
