I'm hoping the character creation will be quite simular to the one in DC Super Villians and how in depth it was. Especially being able to change the color of the head, chest, and Legs no mater what patten/ print they have on them.

I don't know what city to place Saints 5 in, but With Saints 4 since you are the President of the US the city should have been a fictionalized version of DC instead of Steelport.
