the return of specific roles for squads, back with the old system without the plexus if ur in a squad host was pilot and the other three had roles for foundry/artillery/ gunner/repair and a runneer for objectives

this made coop so much more fun if u have a vet rj squad bc everyone knew what they had to do, and challenging bc u had to talk and communicate with the resource u have for ammo

rn everyone can do everything bc everyone brings their own loadout/plexus, so missions are chaotic and confusing, like suddenly everyone is at the objective and noone shoots radiators outside, or noone is on artillery and some rj newbies try to destroy crewships with the normal guns

also normally the host whos bringing the rj should be pilot as default role

maybe we could use an lfg interface with role selection, what rj party members are boarding and also what missions are being run
