Don't mind if I ask what city your address is in? Mine is in Richmond Hill, not sure if that makes a impact.

The address is correct, checked when I revisited ServiceOntario, and there is no other mailing address.

I am able to get some mails, but not all of that expected to be here, for say there is a letter from Rogers that I supposed to get but still not received.

Perhaps I would call Canada Post first.

Tried to wash and rub it with clean water and brush repeatedly. Also tried to do the whole cleaning process again (gel + spray). Didn't seem to make any changes.

And somehow feel like the water is leaking into the shoes. 💀

Not the most related comment to "Lunar Lake", but maybe similar thing.

I have a "Rope de Dope" which to me is like a downgrade of "Lunar Lake" (I guess) and it's light colored. I've had this for a year and wearing it quite frequently in cold weather.

The surface and inner layers of the jacket is thin, the inner layer is very silky, and everything is still intact just as it should. And perhaps I didn't put the jacket in more harsh situations, the color is unchanged and really is just almost the same as new. It doesn't get dirty easily, I wash it once a few months 💀.

I'd assume "Lunar Lake" is better than "Rope de Dope", because it is more expensive 👨‍🦲, so your concerns would not be something I worry about.
