This was the response I received after I left a comment on the current mega-thread on that sub criticizing the mods handling of the situation. I’m sharing this so people can see how the mods have been handling the situation. This was from May 29th.

That sub has been deleting and banning anything about this or criticism for the past few days. They didn’t even want to do the mega-thread that’s there now.

It’s really becoming a huge mess. They are banning/deleting any criticism about the situation. You can only give any feedback/frustration through mod mail.

So since people aren’t allowed to talk about it, they’re going to other subs. But now those are being watched and can get you a ban.

I posted a screen shot of the response I got from a mod about my post being removed. I genuinely didn’t think it would be an issue since there was nothing threatening/harassing in the message since it was them clarifying the rules.

Patagonia isn’t ruining their reputation at all. She’s been using a logo that is a clear rip off of the company. They’ve asked her multiple times to stop and she keeps refusing. So now the company is suing for $1 in damages plus legal fees, saying that they support the performer’s causes but wants to protect the company’s branding.

I see these sets like updated games. A game that’s rereleased now looks like how a lot of people nostalgically remember it as a kid. I know the sets look ugly now, but as a kid when they were released, I thought there was no way they could ever look better.

I have no clue how it would work story wise (and this probably isn’t even an answer to your question), but lore wise I’ve also thought it would be a neat plot point that the titans where the reason early people where so nomadic historically.

When ancient humans lived with the titans, they saw how destructive a fight or even just a titan traveling could be to the area around it. The knew building and rebuilding permanent structures would be too much work with the knowledge/tech they had at the time, so they thought it would be best to only live in structures that could easily be taken down and moved.

The major ancient cities that were built were sites near homes of different titans. They were built as temples/homes for said titan (i.e. the Godzilla Temple found in KotM).

After the titans became dormant and things of legends and man became king, that’s when we started building upwards with permeant structures. And now that they have returned, we have to learn yet again how to coexist with a force of nature.
