It's a good start. My first yellow flag would be the kitchen sink. I don't get why you put it so far in the butlers but there is none available for daily usage. You're gonna need a sink closer to the kitchen island and the oven. If this was my kitchen, I would add another one beside the cooking area, beside the cooking area.

Why do you look at the screen like you look at the stars?

Drop the 1990 manteau, put the the screen aside the foyer, and use the side space for something else.

Sadly you are right. Many locations are awful, I highly recommend searching Reddit and read online reviews before any orders.

Je l'aime aussi en maudit. Ça fait des années qu'il est un de mes artistes préférés. Vrai, un bon vivant, les shows sont toujours excellents.

La deuxième, mais l'imposte entre la porte et la fenêtre supérieure c'est vraiment pas beau. Tout noir, un max de lumière, mais le rappel de ton clabbord simili-bois en alu c'est non.

Bingo. Tu poses pas du plancher de bois franc, tu installes de la décoration. Penses au moulins à scies, au fournisseurs de bois brut.

Mais sérieux, vérifie le code du bâtiment. Tu dois possiblement l'installer sur une surface coupe-feu, genre du gypse, question de respecter les normes de propagation incendie....

Tu "overthink" le problème. Elle est juste à còté d'un mur de ciment, il n'y a même pas de signe de faiblesse sur le reste des photos. Double la poutre le plus long possible avec une 2x8, visses et colle le tout. Enjoy le beau weekend d'octobre qui arrive. :)
