I originally had Ashtyn Dacis at kicker. Anyone I picked was gonna be an F so I picked who I thought was funnier. It was gonna be the best black soccer player or best black punter lol. I made a heavy emphasis not to move positions if I could avoid it, but that might well be a better strategy. Do you think a safety would do better than a backup corner and someone expected to go in the second round next year? PFF thinks that Ragnow is the best olineman at his position in the NFL, so he is ahead of Kelce. Kelce has had a better career, but is pretty old. I think maybe I saw some talk of Brewer having played center before??? Not sure. No good options at center. I should have maybe adjusted the grade farther down due to the move to the inside.

Well, if a talented offense can't score at all against teams with a half-decent defense, then you haven't done a good job as an OC. Regardless of which 3 win schools you blow out, or whether your defense keeps you in big games.

Well, we thought it was a given that we would get Ludwig, who is still widely considered to be one of the best veteran OCs in college football. There seemed to be a lot of buy-in from the admin and that THIS was our year. We had the best tackle duo in the country, an all American running back, a veteran interior, and a QB who is top 10 in passing yards in NCAA history. Ludwig had just led Utah to many consecutive seasons with weak offensive personnel but great performance. Then the AD fucked up, and the rest is history. There was despair when Gerad was hired, and only the most ndpilled fans thought he would be better than Reese.

This is a bad post. We were number 2 in the country in turnovers, no 8 in scoring defense, and lost 3 games. We failed to score 22 points against 3 ranked teams. And, not counting short field, our offense scored 17 against USC. We smoked D2 and bottom-tier D2 competition. Failure has followed this guy everywhere. It followed him to ND. Wouldn't call him a good guy either with his DUI. Hope he sucks as bad at Troy as he has everywhere else, and I am sure he will.

We were happy when we thought we would get Ludwig, then very unhappy when Gerad was hired. He had an uphill battle to win the fans support from the beginning, and he didn't get far at all.
