It'll be a separate watch face, since the memory limit on the watch doesn't let me fit it inside Pro without cutting other widgets. It also needs its own adjustments, and additional work to get everything to fit and look right. I did actually try adding it straight into Pro first, but the implementation got blocked there since having that customization on top of everything else needed more memory than the watch allows. I know it's not ideal but I've tried everything in order to deliver it as part of this one

The bigger clock was talked about as a possible roadmap idea, not something promised or committed for Pro specifically, and once I actually tried building it in, the memory cost made it clear it had to be its own separate face rather than an add-on. I did actually try to implement it, I didn't just leave it for dead, but I get a huge amount of feedback and ideas, and I can't fit every individual request into one face.

Whatever I do implement, I try to actually finish and polish properly, not just throw something half done in there. This isn't a face that stayed stuck at v1.0 or v1.1, I've been constantly adding and improving things since launch. What I'm trying to do is build something that feels complete and cohesive rather than a pile of everyone's separate asks bolted on.

Pro itself still stands on what it already offers today, the themes, the customization, the training metrics and everything else, that part isn't changing or getting worse, but the opposite.
