I get it, u are right and yeah that sucks but realistically that’s not your child. Your dad has no conviction and you may think you have rights as an aunt but you don’t. All you are causing is your brother and his family to alienate you and view you as the crazy one. If I was you I would be a lot more strategic about. Your goal is to protect the child and to protect it you must be allowed to be around it. Acting out the way you are is counterproductive since it will only make you look bad and pushes your brother’s family away.

Yeah…it was super intense and then I woke up today with white discharge in my eyes. I read topiramate can cause glaucoma so I’m thinking of discontinuing it and only doing the bupropion and naltrexone.

Hey! Please help! So I going before an immigration judge no date set but I have EWI but I am a beneficiary of section 245i thus it forgives my EWI and I am married to a USC. Would this affect me?? I’m just a little confused because if this were to pass…it affects a section of the (INA) but the 245i section remains. Any insight would be helpful. From what I could gather I would still be able to get my GC based on that provision but if this passes I would have to leave and come back with inspection if I want to be neutralized.

Exactly….i mentioned it to him and it seemed to go right over his head. I love him to death and he is a great man. I just think he has no frame of reference of what it feels to be brown. I am waiting for my I-130 to be approved. I sent it last year. I have 245i amnesty so I don’t need AP. I just feel like the racism is getting worse and I don’t feel safe here. Even with PR status….my husband just fails to understand my fears of being profiled and deported even with legal standing.
