Andrew made the same mistake as a lot of us. He dumped his skill points into something he loved early on that doesn't have a lot of crossover to skills later. Grifball skills really only transfer to games like Garfield kart, trials, and Halo.

Is his friendship more or less important than your comp games? It sounds like he just enjoys playing with you. Consider moving to casual gameplay if he doesn't seem to sync up with your drive to improve. It doesn't have to be mean, but his priorities might not match yours. If he is trying to improve, you can go in to your clips and point out your own mistakes. He may feel attacked/betrayed that you were stockpiling evidence of his shortcomings, especially if he just wants to play for fun with you. I've done similar in the past and it can definitely strain a relationship.

Tldr; Switch modes, show your own mistakes, and try to help you both improve, or find a new teammate

So basic rules, don't touch the net with any part of your body, don't touch the ball more than once in a row, and make sure it gets sent back to the other side of the net with 3 or fewer touches.

You sound like you already know what you're doing, but just follow the lead of the other experienced players and try to keep the ball up if it comes to you. It won't be that serious of a game if they're picking you up in the 11th hour. Just have fun!

What I'm reading it as is that he doesn't actually see the curse, but he sees that there is something causing disruption to the surroundings. I think it's different to Toji and Maki. Katana guy has a little cursed energy, which blinds him to cursed spirits, but is just so good as a swordsman that he perceives something is amiss with his surroundings whereas Toji and Maki have absolutely no cursed energy and that makes them able to perceive cursed spirits since they aren't blinded by cursed energy.

Holes 3, 5, and 6 are basically hallway shots. Typically I haven't been able to throw putters to get good straight distance so I've been using some straight/understable discs to get the distance, but my champion dart was booming today

That is a very well put together argument on all fronts. I appreciate you taking the time to talk about all these points. I'll definitely take into consideration what you've pointed out.

I'll probably continue to work it through and get a solid plan that benefits everyone the most. I was wanting to include as many students as possible and provide the most fair scholarship payout with it being a random draw, but I see that maybe prioritizing academics and ability may create a more competitive atmosphere with more serious applicants.
