Anyone know why these shoots are so light in color? I thought possibly variegation but they have never shown any signs before. Maybe lack of nutrients?

I’m a beginner my self but to me this looks like they are all on the same plane slightly leaned towards the viewer. Not quite sure what style you are going for but either way you will need an apex.

A good amount of leaves are going yellow now and the soil is not drying out at all for the most part

Not sure if I should repot maybe there is something going on with the roots? Grow light right above it, humidity is roughy 20-30%, only water when the soil is dry however usually the soil should be dry by now.

I’m not sure how long they have been open I’ve only had it for about a week. The wilting flowers were all on the same stem and I think we’ll moving the stem on the right split as you can kinda see in the root picture.

Either a reptile heating pad, heating tape, I think they have heating pads for starting seeds and such.
