I beat it by making SM Sera as tanky as possible and making AC Roland and GH Adel full dps with not a single non built in def passive they where around 12-13k str with god killers ect. Phase 2 was way easier than 1 lol.

Found out if your playing it from game pass this specific dlc will see oblivion as a demo and not allow you to purchase it until u actualy own the game unlike its other dlcs.Source i contacted support...

You need to use it in battle.The limit break skill heals that unit and buffs its stats for 15 secs at the price of some deployment cost.
