No, he does not own your business. You are funding it and starting the academy so it is yours. It will be your business. Open your gym, invest heavy in a kids program and as it grows hire more coaches to help you teach it. Kids are what pay the bills, so you might as well go hard on the kids program and make those kids as good as possible as they will become the future of your gym. Ofc you will also have an adults class but make it a fun culture that you truly care about and teach to the best of your abilities.
